HUB24 is growing, and we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Administration Services (PAS) Team. As a Portfolio Analyst, your responsibilities will include executing daily portfolio administration tasks, managing reconciliations, and ensuring tax reporting compliance. You'll be a key player in optimizing our portfolio operations and helping our clients achieve their goals.

With potential get involved in an upcoming Pilot of a new product launch, there is a real opportunity to have impact on the growth and overall success of HUB24.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand and execute PAS daily, Ad hoc tasks and queries within required timeframes Assisting with Cost Base and Income Reconciliation
- Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving
- Assist with the annual tax reporting processes
- Liaise with external providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of annual tax reporting
- Communicating with internal and external parties (e.g. Auditors, Custodians, Clients) from time to time to resolve queries
- Liaising with other operations teams especially Corporate Actions, but also Transitions, Trading and reconciliations to ensure that reconciliation issues are addressed

**Key skills required**:

- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of Corporate Actions and their effect on cost bases
