**Essential
- Degree in social or behavioural sciences, evaluation, education or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in designing and implementing program monitoring and evaluation

**Desirable
- Professional experience in the education sector, such as working in non-profit organisations, research
institutions, or government agencies.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role Title**:Measurement, Evaluation and Impact Adviser

**Function**:Measurement, Evaluation, Accountability, **Financial Accountability**:$NIL and Learning (MEAL)
**Reports To**:MEAL Manager **People Management**:NIL

**Role Purpose**

**Qualifications and Experience**
**Essential
- Degree in social or behavioural sciences, evaluation, education or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in designing and implementing program monitoring and evaluation

**Desirable
- Professional experience in the education sector, such as working in non-profit organisations, research
institutions, or government agencies.

**Skills, Attributes and Knowledge**
**Essential
- In-depth knowledge of evaluation practice, including Theory of Change, program logics, and
evaluation frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and updating data collection tools and processes
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data management, analysis and reporting
- Strong project management, time management and organisational skills, enabling the ability to

manage competing priorities under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing evaluation reports and

summaries, and ability to engage and present information to diverse audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with staff across the organisation to

support evidence-based continuous improvement
- Experience with survey platforms such as Survey Monkey and Qualtrics

**Desirable**:

- Experience building or upskilling others in evaluation (e.g. in evaluation purpose and processes, using

surveying tools, and interpreting data effectively)
- Experience evaluating new or pilot programs, including designing evaluation frameworks and

methodologies
