A chance to work alongside successful Sydney Property Director and Buyers Agent.

With an impressive track record over the last 20+ years this privately held Property Group is going from strength to strength and as such this busy Managing Director is looking for a Research Assistant to come on board and support the continued growth of their business.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to become highly involved in the 'behind the scenes' of an accomplished Buyer's Agent, and be instrumental in driving them forward. You will be expected to take full ownership of this role and be able to work autonomously.

**The role**:
Each day will be busy, challenging and full of variety and will encompass many of the following duties:

- Constant interaction with agents sourcing off-market opportunities
- Updating CRM of Agents with listings
- Creating shortlists of suitable properties
- Researching comparable sales for properties
- Compile due diligence reports for potential purchasers
- Tracking sales reports of designated suburbs
- Attending inspections when needed
- Prepare reports for Clients on prospective properties

**_To be considered for this position you must have a prior experience as a Sales Associate, or Assistant Buyer's Agenct in the Real Estate industry_**
