Reporting to the Head of OD Governance and eLearning, the eLearning Consultant is responsible for supporting both internal and external stakeholders with eLearning initiatives. Specifically, this position leads the coordination, program design and development of Crown’s eLearning suite.

Whilst the role requires operational maintenance of the programs, there is a strong emphasis on mapping of the learner’s experience to ensure optimisation.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Strategic oversight of the eLearning suite related to Portfolios.
- Develop and implement initiatives to ensure business training needs are achieved.
- Ensure that programs / materials are current and accurate according to compliance and legislative requirements.
- Undertake and complete ad hoc research and projects as required to support the continuous improvement of the Programs.
- Monitor use and produce reports if required for new modules.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for stakeholders as required for new modules and existing modules.
- Effective management of external and internal relationships in relation to continuous improvement of programs, participation, assessments and training experience are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Ability to work collaboratively to build successful and strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to map the learner’s journey across the different learning modes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5-6 years’ experience in Learning and Development.
- Demonstrated program management experience including external vendor management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to design, deliver and evaluate.
