In this role, you will join the Risk Skills team to support the development of learning programs that builds foundational understanding of risk and associated accountabilities across the enterprise.

Develop/support role-based risk learning programs for risk professionals to ensure they are competent in their roles. Provide oversight/insight reporting to key stakeholders to ensure business risk learning outcomes are met and identify opportunities to improve embedment of risk learning programs

**Key responsibilities**
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions and provide tailored learning and eLearning programs which support Risk capability for future workforce requirements
- Design and deliver risk training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organisational productivity.
- Structure content and activities to drive learner retention and engagement
- Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with third-party training providers
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Design and develop customised training programs using instructional design methodology to create successful learning outcomes / experiences
- Ensure governance and controls are in place to measure and monitor compliance initiatives.

**What you will bring**
- At least 3 years of instructional design and learning design consultancy experience working with major corporations.
- Understanding of the Financial/Banking industry is desired.
- Exceptional consultation skills.
- Advanced ability to interpret and define business outcomes, learning needs and derive appropriate measurement processes to demonstrate business impact.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Strong and proven project management capability combined with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple learning projects into a cohesive program of work.
- Proficiency in eLearning and in-depth knowledge of various learning management systems.
- High degree of influencing skills and credibility to influence stakeholders in modern and effective learning and development practice.
