Systems Analyst

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**What you’ll do**:

- **Integration**:Ensure seamless integration with other WesTrac business systems
- **Support & Issue Resolution**: Prioritise and deliver support, resolving issues efficiently
- **Vendor Liaison**: Collaborate with third-party providers to address and resolve issues

**To be successful within the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field; OR significant industry experience
- Proven experience in a similar role with large corporate business systems
- Familiarity with Caterpillar Dealer Business System (DBSi) and related business processes
- IBMi systems support experience _(desirable)_
- Effective vendor engagement skills with the ability to facilitate and drive proceedings through system resolution and changes
- Demonstrated ability to work within an environment of competing priorities with strict deadlines and the capacity to share knowledge within the team
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
