**The role**:
- The Leisure and Recreation Services Department’s mission is to empower, activate and connect our community.- The position provides advice and support to over 120 community sport and recreation clubs representing 20,000 participants for the use of recreational facilities within the City of Whitehorse and facilitates the planning and development of recreation resources and opportunities for the Whitehorse community.**About you**:
- Experienced working in similar stakeholder management roles.
- Have tertiary qualifications and/or significant working knowledge in Leisure, Recreation, Sports Management or a related field and demonstrated knowledge and experience of the sporting and recreational club environments and/or volunteers.
- Able to prioritise a number of projects and tasks in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Highly developed empathetic customer service and stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution experience.
- Experienced in reviewing/developing and implementing operational processes. You show initiative and are a positive contributor to workplace culture and team performance.**In return, we will offer**:
