The HB Group is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a well-established truck and equipment dealership in Toowoomba. This is a full-time position working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Financial Controller, the Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payments of accounts from debtors.

**_Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Maintaining the debtor and accounts
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Monitor customer accounts details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Produce monthly summary reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Process Business Bank statements daily
- Processing Manufactures Credits
- Collecting and opening mail
- Banking
- Answering phone enquiries

**_Skills and Attributes:_**
- 2 years minimum experience in Accounts
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Customer service focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and fast past environment
- Organisational and time management skills
- Able to work as part as a team and assist and support others when needed
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience in Auto-IT software ( also know as Equip or Units) is highly desirable
