Site Foreman/woman

**Duties**:

- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the demolition crew
- Addressing any job site concerns
- Safety Management, enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings
- Coordinate site preparation and hazard removal
- Manage demolition equipment and maintenance
- Look after tools and equipment
- Communicate efficiently with crew, supervisors and stakeholders
- Train and mentor crew members
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Drive large tippers to and from construction sites, carrying materials
- Load and unload materials at job sites
- Rubbish removal and taking trucks to the tip/waste management centre
- Assisting labourers on site with moving materials, site clean up, etc.
- Vehicles and tools will be provided

**What we are looking for**:

- HR Licence and White Card required
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Must have an ABN to start (3 month probationary period)
- Honest and reliable worker
- Strong work ethic
- Good communicator
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Must be able to work well along side demolition crew and employees
- Able to work well in a team and individually

Our warehouse and garage is based in Blacktown NSW, but our team works all over the Sydney Metro area (and occasionally out in greater NSW).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 38 per week
