A growing company is looking for a talented individual to join as a Mortgage Broker Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing and assessing client financial information, researching and recommending appropriate mortgage products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders
- Communicating with lenders and clients post submission and settlement.
- Managing client files and ensuring all documentation is compliant, accurate and up to date.
- Continuously educate yourself on mortgage industry regulations and changes.

**Requirements**:
Proactive and striving to ensure quality outcomes for all involved in the loan process. Able to handle objections from both customer & financier and become a trusted advisor in your local area.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and Finance
- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment.
