This role is perfect for a **Broker Support Specialist/ Loan Administrator** who is seeking ongoing professional development and career progression into leading their own team of Loan Specialists.

- Managing client, lender and business contact relationships
- You will work closely with industry leaders and an Award-winning Director and Team to ensure that the highest level of service is offered to all clients and associates.

**Requirements**:

- You will have experience in Mortgage Lending (mandatory)
- Certificate IV and/or Diploma of Financial Services (not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
- Be highly organised and motivated, confident and able to deliver exceptional work autonomously

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
