**YOUR ROLE**

As the WMS Operations manager(WMS Super User) for our WHS at Orchard Hills NSW, you'll act as the functional/Process expert Super User for the implementation of CEVA Warehouse Management Systems, primarily for new business and legacy system replacements.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Train, mentor and allocate tasks to WMS Operations Analysts and Specialists (junior and intermediate level WMS Super Users)
- Participate in Business Development kick-off calls for new business opportunities and highlight any challenges with WMS functional requirements and/or implementation timeframes
- Be the WMS workstream lead (WSL) for single site and multi-site WMS implementations
- Manage all aspects of the WMS implementation from scoping workshops, WMS build documentation, testing, training, and go-live support
- Assist the Solution Design team by recommending the optimal WMS and operational processes and validate their solutions
- Identify, test, and implement new functionality for existing WMS sites/clients to deliver significant benefits to Operations and customers
- Develop an advanced knowledge of integration messaging including types, best option, and troubleshooting (note: field mapping and config is managed by IT)
- Participate in integration workshops with IT and customers to ensure integration caters for functionality selected.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

You should also have:

- Relevant diploma or tertiary qualification is desirable
- Advanced WMS super user or WMS implementations experience
- Implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (JDA Dispatcher experience is a bonus)
- Excellent Microsoft suite software skills (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
- Problem solving capability, commercial acumen and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
