**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team to work with our most valuable resource - our people. The purpose of this newly created role is to review, consult, develop, coordinate and implement effective onboarding plans for our new team members nationally.

You will ensure that our people feel engaged and empowered to do their work, and do it well. The Onboarding and Engagement Manager will be responsible for inducting our staff, helping them to gain the critical skills and information to do their job, fostering an enthusiasm for occupational rehabilitation, and developing a commitment to quality service delivery to effect positive change in their lives of injured persons.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience inducting people is highly desirable
- Ability to deliver engaging workshops
- Ability to promote and demonstrate IPAR as an employer of choice
- Excellent project management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage completing priorities
- Comfortable with ongoing change
- Effective and flexible problem-solving ability
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities, to achieve high quality outcomes
