**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about community engagement and protecting your local community? We are currently seeking dedicated Presenters to join our team on a casual basis to make a significant impact by promoting fire safety awareness across our region.
As a Community Education Presenter, you will have the opportunity to support volunteer brigades and present fire safety awareness and information to the community by conducting CFA's fire safety programs. You will work alongside other individuals dedicated to community safety.
These positions are located across the South West Region in the following municipalities: Greater Geelong City, Golden Plains, Surf Coast, Colac Otway, Corangamite, Warrnambool, Southern Grampians, Moyne and Glenelg Shires.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivering CFA fire safety programs, including Residential Advice Visit Service (RAVS) and Property Advice Visit Service (PAVS)
- You may be required to participate in community door knocking as part of the CFA fire safety programs
- Provide valuable information, advice and recommendations regarding fire safety to the local community
- Enter program activities and engagements onto data base to ensure accountability and effectiveness
- Ensure the scheduled delivery of programs is met.
- Deliver accurate information and advice as required.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to effectively work in a team environment and work with limited direction.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of CFA community safety advice and messages through structured training, professional development and self-directed learning.
- Hold a current driver's licence and Working with Children Check

- Successfully complete a National Police History Check and Working with Children Check
