**In this role,**:

- You will be working as part of the disaster recovery team who provide expert advice, support and coordination of disaster recovery training to local government in order to support the recovery and claims capability of TfNSW.
- This role will see you develop and implement a learning strategy and framework that is aligned with the TfNSW objectives, create training material such as training presentations and deliver a mix of both online and face to face training.
- Your creativity, attention to detail, and organisational abilities will be critical in developing impactful training initiatives.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.

Evaluate training to ensure it is delivered effectively and efficiently.

You will use your contemporary training skills and e-learning experience to take written course content and turn it into robust, engaging, and quality online learning modules.

**About you**
- You are a people person who genuinely enjoys adult education, interacting, engaging and training people. You will have proven experience in the training or education sector and be able to create and deliver training material both online and face to face.
- You will have experience with E-Learning authoring tools and ideally have completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- You are a team player that can manage competing demands and will be able to collaborate with a fun and hardworking team and work independently.
- You have excellent communication skills(both written and verbal) and will be able to confidently use all MS suite products and online learning platforms.
