About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team at Eden Academy. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our childcare services and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define social media goals and objectives aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyse trends and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and questions via our multiple social media accounts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain an organised content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion of services.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in editing videos/photography and videography.
  • Previous experience in social media management, preferably in the childcare or education sector.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Passion for early childhood education and community engagement.
