This successful, ASX listed, infrastructure and technology business is responsible for major design and development projects nationally. With a strong growth agenda and a true focus on growing and building future capability, they are seeking a Learning Manager to lead and drive learning frameworks to support their Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) strategy.
Reporting to the Head of HSE, this is a newly created role and will be critical in the implementation and engagement of a core strategic outcome that focusses on uplifting HSE capability across the business.
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement the HSE Learning Framework aligned to their new strategy - partnering with a broad range of stakeholders within the HSE and People and Culture teams to engage and drive across the wider business
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of solutions for a blended learning environment - from gap analysis through to instructional design, facilitation and the development of relevant metrics/measurements
- Partnering with industry-leading experts within the business, develop engaging content and learning material that suits a diverse audience while meeting the longer-term strategic objectives
- Support with the management and execution of compliance-based training and, as a senior member of the HSE team, contribute to effective stakeholder engagement through continuous improvement initiatives

Please note that this role can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
We will be looking for the following:
- Experience in the design and development of learning and capability frameworks within a diverse corporate environment
- Learning design experience and in creating blended learning solutions, content and material to engage a broad and corporate-based audience on Health, Safety & Environment
- Strong consulting mindset with the demonstrated capability to engage stakeholders in the identification of learning goals and in driving towards relevant long-term objectives
