A multi-award winning pub, situated opposite the picturesque Yarra River in Warrandyte.

**About the Role**:

- Oversee rotation of stock
- Ordering of beverages and
- Maintenance of Riverview storage room/ cave
- Run the pub/ shift
- Hands on operator
- Complete admin
- Constant control of the floor
- Staff training
- Update par level sheets
- Invoicing
- Stock take/ Stock control
- Courtesy bus cleaning schedule
- Follow ups of appraisal and probation's
- Involved with functions on weekends
- Maintenance schedule
- TAB sign off every day/ TAB management
- Oversee of pub set up and end of night close
- Maintain and oversee live music
- Help enforce and implement new procedures

- Vibrant personality
- Excellent communication skills that will assist you to motivate and encourage other members of the awesome front of house team.
- Hands on approach and proven experience in managing a team
- Willing to have fun at work
- Upbeat caring nature
- Care factor for team members well being and mental health
- Take pride in your work and your career
- Ability to inspire and lead fellow team members
- Ability to provide amazing service and create professional relationships with customers
- Very strong customer service standards
- Have a strong passion/ interest for food, cocktails, beers, wine and spirit products
- Organised and reliable performer
- Experience in training and developing team members and implementing procedures
- Attention to detail
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Hold a current RSA
- Afternoon, evening and night shift availability.**
