**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a Pub or Tavern management role
- Ability to lead by example and get involved in day-to-day operations
- Flexibility to work across a roster that includes weekends
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
