**Role Overview**:
As an ICT Support Analyst at Careable, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and development of our IT systems. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 technical support, managing incidents, and contributing to the development of our in-house software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT issues efficiently.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Contribute to software analysis and development, particularly around industry specific startup software solutions.
- Manage and maintain NDIS software such as Careview and eZaango ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Ensure robust networking and connectivity across multiple sites, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Administer and support Enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Experience within the NDIS sector is essential
- Proficiency with NDIS software like Careview and eZaango.
- Experience in software analysis, especially in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of networking and site connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Intune, and MDM.
- Proven ability to provide effective Tier 2 technical support and manage incidents.
