To co-ordinate the distribution operations of the Cartons Botany business to meet customer delivery requirements, manage finished goods within the business, ensuring stock accuracies and delivery performance to support business objectives.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Provide guidance and direction to the FG despatch teams with regards to process, operations and SAP system.
- Engage and support team members in training programs to ensure a highly skilled and flexible warehouse team
- Effective resource utilisation and overtime control
- Manage all the despatch operations in line with Distribution Cost budget
- Ensure the smooth operation of despatch operations
- Identify areas and faults that result in unnecessary waste. Recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure daily orders are processed via SAP and dispatched on-time
- Maintain adequate freight records
- Investigate and analyse alternative transport options

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- General knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in supervising a team
- Current High Risk Work Licence for Order Picking Forklift licence (LO) and/or Forklift (LF) plus relevant experience
