**The opportunity
As an insight and reporting analyst you will diagnose opportunities, structure problems, and conduct complex analysis to inform our corporate clients and customer strategy team.

You will provide tactical analytics and reporting support to fulfill business (internal) and client (external) requirements

**This is a permanent full-time position, based anywhere in Australia. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Delivering reports and analytics solutions using recognised data warehousing, data management, analysis, business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Driving a culture of high performance to ensure we are focused on the right metrics to deliver our aspiration for future growth both within Private Health Insurance and other categories
- Providing data management, data mining and analytical support to assist product development, customer and market segmentation and business process optimisation
- Build and visualise data to enable performance (e.g. new join) and customer experience (e.g. NPS) tracking
- Support key stakeholders with regular and ad-hoc analysis of information to provide insight into relevant business drivers

**What do I need?**

Does being able to tell a story through data and analytics and solve problems whilst also thinking big, make your heart flutter and your stomach do flips?

You are a master of language, that will work with our stakeholders to create extraordinary insight into reporting and analytics.

You have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, including experience in presenting to key stakeholders

Whether it’s presentations, written materials, short or long form copy - you put all your heart in it and have a proven record of a successful 2 years’ experience with consulting/strategy or being within an analytics team.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance or equivalent with an outstanding academic record is a massive asset
