**The Role**
As a Pricing Analyst you will report to the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play an integral part of our overall customer retention strategy as well as supporting new business. This role will have you working closely on pricing, product selection & commercial terms for an existing portfolio of customers, along with maintaining customer profitability. Operating within a highly dynamic commercial team, opportunities for long term career are plentiful.

Other responsibilities include:

- Provide pricing, commercial and margin/profitability insights to our commercial and sales team on a regular basis
- Review and prepare customer reviews based on contractual requirements
- Analysis of Value and Price Impact differentials
- Report on product and customer profitability

To be considered for the role, you must display the following skills and attributes:

- High attention to detail
- Understanding of profit drivers and cost-based analysis
- Strong market understanding, ideally with knowledge in FMCG and B2B environments
- Passion for problem solving
- Prior experience in a similar role in pricing or data analytics
- Customer centricity and high level of adaptability

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Advance knowledge and experience with Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast paced, fluid and often ambiguous environment
- Independent, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude showing the ability to proactively work with mínimal direction, making the right judgement calls on approach, prioritisation, and solutions.
