**About the role**

We are excited to welcome a Precinct Parking & Transport Manager to oversee the operational management of all parking, traffic and transport functions throughout the Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) Precinct.

As the Precinct Parking & Transport Manager you will lead a dedicated team, focusing on service delivery and enhancing the customer experience. You will work to transform the parking and transport function from an operational team to a service driven are of our business that focusses on adding value to clients, guests, visitors and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Australian Open and Precinct Operations, this role will have a Precinct wide lens in both an event and non-event capacity and will play an integral role in the operational planning and delivery of each Australian Open (AO) and year-round events.

Operational Excellence
- Walking in the shoes of guests and visitors who visit our Venues and Precinct, you strive to enhance the guest experience through their arrival and departure journey (including car and bus parking, public transport and rideshare).
- Ensure the Parking Services team are performing at an optimal level with a key focus on service delivery for the multitude of stakeholders utilising the precinct.
- Ensure the precinct’s parking facilities and equipment are safely and properly maintained and presented in good condition.
- Demonstrates safety leadership throughout Parking Services team and across the various parking locations across the precinct.

Data and Systems Guru
- Using your attention to detail, you will strive to improve the operational and financial performance of the department whilst seeking opportunities for growth.
- Working closely with our service providers you will ensure all infrastructure is operating in peak condition, to enable high standards of service delivery and key performance indicators are monitored and achieved.

Stakeholder Management & Customer Experience
- As the main conduit between M&OP, our clients and our business partners, you will bring a collaborative mindset to set new and higher standards and achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
- You will champion a culture of empowerment and pride within the Parking Services team, and build a reputation amongst clients and guests of providing high levels of customer service at M&OP.
