Meshed Group has an exciting full-time opportunity to offer an enthusiastic and results driven Sales Support Administrator, located in our Alexandria office.

Meshed Group is a well-established and fast-growing IT Software Development company that provides multiple software platforms to around 200+ businesses from small to large within the Education sector.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is an important cog within the Meshed Group Sales and Account Management Team. The role requires an exceptional communicator to detail our products’ features and benefits to potential lead clients via inbound enquiries and cold calls. Lead generation and management being a primary focus for the role.

Full training of our software products will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities of the role will include the following**:
**Lead Generation & Management-**
- Implement lead generating strategies; including targets for cold calls and conversion rates.
- Identify and contact newly registered CRICOS and Higher Education entities.
- Record and maintain sales related information in Meshed Group CRM.
- Send product information for the purpose of sales generation.
- Scheduling lead/client product demonstrations and/or meetings.
- Conduct follow up tasks on marketing campaigns.

**Secondary Responsibilities of the role will include the following**:
**Sales & Marketing Support-**
- Assist Sales Team with tasks as required; for example, sales meetings, follow ups, customer relations and partner provider related enquiries.
- Manage/Assist with online/onsite client meetings cycle.
- Gather client feedback.
- Provide relevant reports to Sales Team, Marketing and Management.
- Account management visits to clients.
- Provide occasional assistance to Meshed Group Marketing Manager.
- Develop a high-level understanding of Meshed Group competitors’ product offerings, pricing, market positioning.
- Engage in website visitor-initiated chats to identify potential sales opportunities.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Sales Support or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with people across all levels.
- Strong organisational and written skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work within a team environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the education sector highly regarded.
- Understanding of student management systems related software highly regarded.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.

As part of our recruitment process you will be required to complete pre-employment screening which includes reference checking, health screening (incl proof of COVID-19 vaccination), drug and alcohol testing. Proof of your right to live and work in Australia must be presented at interview stage.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
