**The Opportunity**

The Finance Project Coordinator will support AccessHC to plan and execute CFO sponsored business plans for YR 2024 aligned to the organisation’s Strategic Plan, working closely with PMO Steering Committee, Project Sponsors, and Project team members as well as the Executive Team, Senior Management and other project stakeholders as required.

This role will support the CFO, PMO and the Corporate Services team in overseeing the financial reporting of projects. You will assist the CFO in managing forecasts and budgets for various projects and scope, plan and execute these projects analysing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time. You will establish appropriate internal controls and project governance, utilising financial reporting tools to map the project status providing Financial Reporting across all projects to the CFO.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Partnering with project stakeholders and teams to initiate, plan, manage and monitor project delivery and outcomes
- Support design and execution of project implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
- Champion project management discipline through promoting project management discipline & practices methodology, best practices, and standards
- Oversee the financial reporting and management of projects relating to cash flow, revenue and expenses of key finance and business systems projects
- Assist the CFO in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects
- Gather and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to monitor the project status to keep projects on budget and on time

**What you will bring**
- _**Key Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years project and budget / financial management reporting on projects
- Experienced in scoping, planning and executing projects, gathering and analysing data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or/ or financial related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with the proven ability to strategically engage, negotiate and influence others to achieve outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software

- Prior experience working within community health, disability or aged care would be highly regarded but not essential
