**YOUR NEW ROLE**

As a valued KEY **dual property/commercial** lawyer, reporting to an outstanding **highly respected managing partner** (an ex-top-tier law firm senior lawyer) you will relish the** challenge+ stimulating variety** servicing top **quality/high profile local/international **clients (eg high and ultra-high net worth clients, SMEs, financial institutions, public companies, public/private trusts).

**Specifically**, you will be engaging in:
**Corporate+Commercial transactions/advice **-eg buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property,franchising, trusts and general commercial contracts;

**Property law**-conveyancing (residential off-the-plan and commercial property), retail/commercial leases, licences, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, construction/development);

**Finance law**:

- advising borrowers and financiers/lenders on all types of loans (eg commercial, residential, property, SMSF,construction finance) and enforcement;

contributing to the firm’s
**strategic growth/business development/marketing** initiatives.
