As the first point of contact, your duties may include:

- Welcoming guests at reception
- Liaising with couriers
- Booking and setting up rooms for client events and meetings
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Monitoring and restocking office stationary and kitchen supplies as needed

**ABOUT YOU**:
To succeed in this role, you require the following:

- Corporate reception experience is essential
- Immaculate communication and corporate presentation
- Fantastic customer service capabilities
- Have high attention to detail
- Have friendly and respectful mannerisms
