Admin Assistant/ Corporate Receptionist

With an international footprint, this professional services firm is seeking a full time Corporate Receptionist / Administrator or part time Corporate Receptionist. Priding themselves on their growth opportunities, teamwork and friendly culture, this organisation will allow you build on your foundation of administration skills.
**The Role**:
Reporting and working closely with the CFO, you will be responsible for providing a high level and professional support in a fast paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Managing the overflow of calls
- Meeting room management
- Liaising with building management
- Organising mail, couriers, and stock
- Supporting the CFO and Senior Managers
- Assisting with office events and functions
- Maintaining general office cleanliness
- Assisting with presentations and trainings
- Document management
**To Be Successful**:
- Previous experience within an administration or reception role
- Professionally presented
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to administration
