Through ongoing organic growth, we have a new opportunity for a Geospatial Practice Lead to join our team. This is your opportunity to enhance and work alongside our growing and high-performing Digital Services Team.

The role will involve significant interaction with over clients and project teams to win, lead and assist in delivering high-quality GIS deliverables.

**So, what will you do?**

The Geospatial Practice Leader is responsible for providing exceptional external and internal leadership, with the ability to;
- Think commercially, strengthen existing revenue streams and grow new revenue streams with existing and new clients.
- Support the development of our GIS, digital and data related service offerings
- Deliver client engagements, supported by the Digital Services team and the wider business
- Bring passion and expertise to the role, as you position yourself as a role model for your reports
- Master consulting skills, from the ability to seek an opportunity or assist a client through their specific problem through to critical thinking, spatial solution definition and structured problem solving
- Support the Digital Services team with geospatial technical leadership, coaching and training.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of our geospatial infrastructure and solutions.
- Demonstrated strength in project management with a clear ability to effectively prioritise and deliver high quality work to our clients.

**Highly desirable professional skills you will bring to the team.**
- Exceptional experience with ESRI and QGIS related tools
- Experience in defining the architecture for geospatial systems.
- Experience working with environmental data (e.g. contaminated land related deliverables)
- Experience working with software engineers and the software development lifecycle.
