**About the role at Atomi**

We're looking for a **Visual Designer** to join our Design team Reporting into the Lead Brand Designer, you will help us build the Atomi brand across various touchpoints. We're passionate about investing in great design because we know the impact it has on our company, our products and, most importantly, our customers.
- As our Visual Designer, you’ll ultimately create high-quality print and digital creative work that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand.
- You’ll generate clear, creative ideas and concepts for Marketing and People and Talent initiatives.
- You’ll design and produce presentations, webinar content, and print collateral for Sales and Customer Success teams used in promotional events and conferences that reinforce our brand.
- You’ll align all creative to brand and design systems to create a cohesive experience across channels and platforms.
- You’ll collaborate effectively with the Marketing team and as a cross-functional team member.
- As a key contributor to Atomi’s Brand Studio, you’ll give and receive feedback constructively through design reviews.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Graphics Creation - Create visual content (print and digital) that communicates key messages, while adhering to a brand’s guidelines
- Brand Development - Create visual identities including logos, typography, and other elements to bring a brand to life
- Requirements Gathering - Collect and understand desired specifications of a deliverable or project, and stakeholder requirements.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
