WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE NEW BREED OF MEDIA COORDINATOR

We are looking for in a Media Coordinator that loves creativity, and the opportunities new technologies and thinking provides. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation of paid media campaigns such as dispatching assets, ad operations briefings, checking of booking schedules from media owners to ensure they are accurate
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our media partners, engaging with sales and campaign coordinators and leverage these relationships to bring campaigns to life
- Foster a team environment across agency departments to ensure cross functional teams deliver presentations and reports timely and accurately.
- Prepare various media reports such as weekly reporting or monthly reporting for our clients.
- Assist in the tracking of paid media activity helping to ensure that what we've paid for is delivered by our partners
- Harness the talent of the agency and proactively identify opportunities to put that talent to good use in helping clients solve their business problems.
