**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Officer. As part of The Education Hub on the Melbourne Children's Campus, you will play a crucial role in facilitating education, teaching, and engagement initiatives. With diverse duties that require initiative and self-management, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with a talented and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to delivering education on the Melbourne Children’s Campus through administrative support.
- Preparation of documentation for education programs, developing templates and guides etc. and following best practices in records management procedures.
- Support the use of learning management systems (LMS) and online learning methodologies. Optimise the utilisation of existing systems such as LMS and Zoom for content delivery, online interactions, and virtual meetings.
- Promotion of education via hospital internet/intranet, newsletters, blogging, social media and The Education Hub website.

You are a highly organised individual who excels at managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with your ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, make you a valuable team player. Your commitment to delivering excellent customer service sets you apart.

You will also have:

- Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience; extensive experience or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant education/training and/or experience.
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative support for learning and teaching in the higher education sector or health sector or in providing research support.
- Ability to locate, interrogate and interpret information as it relates to the work of the Education Hub and to utilise initiative to develop client-focused solutions.

- This position requires the incumbent to hold a current and _valid Working with Children Check_ to ensure the University provides a safe environment for everyone._
