**About the role**
- An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and team orientated individual to join as the Youth Aspire, Mentoring Coordinator for our Individual & Family Support team to develop, implement, and coordinate the Youth Aspire program.- This position is part time for two days a week, and based at our St Kilda Road office although most activities are held in Community. We are looking for a skilled individual who understands the benefits of and values mentoring for young people, particular for those experiencing disadvantage.**What you will do**
- Coordinate the Young Aspire program, workshops and meetings
- Recruit, train and provide supervision coaching and support to volunteer mentors.
- Work in collaboration with the Youth Mentoring Coordinator (Young Achievers Program) and Service Coordination team as required
- Contribute to development of program budgets, donor engagement reporting
- Participate in Jewish Care quality improvement plans

**What you will bring**
- Passion for working with young people including those who have experienced some disadvantage
- Tertiary qualifications in youth services or other relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of appropriate mentoring and coaching frameworks
- Experience in the coordination and delivery of youth development initiatives
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and great problem-solving skills
