We're on the hunt for a Social Content Producer (contract role until end of October) to assist one of our agencies in shaping their social and content offering. As a member of our team, you are a crucial part of a world-class creative company and will work across one of the world's most iconic and recognized brands.
Your role is to nurture and inspire the client's businesses by managing and enhancing their brand social platforms. You'll partner with social and creative leads to develop social strategies, produce exceptional content, schedule and publish across all platforms and optimize based on learnings and reporting. You will elevate the clients brand platform through tone and feel across all engagement opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
As Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for managing the social media experience for the Australian and New Zealand markets, delivering excellent campaigns that are flawlessly executed. \

**In particular, this will include**:

- Assist the Social Lead and Creative Lead in Social Media planning support and management in market
- Oversee Social content, planning and management for the brand in market (AUS & NZ)
- Manage creative aspects and communications of all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn), localising existing global assets and designing / writing new
- Initiate community engagement activities to gather insights and content from real consumers
- Develop and produce social content - posts, copy, visuals - across all platforms and campaigns
- Plan, create and schedule quality, relevant and engaging content across all social media channels in consultation and guidance brand governance requirements and oversight from the Social Lead
- Help coordinate photoshoots with the local Client, and ensure communication of local production efforts to Creative lead and various production partners
- Ensuring relevant internal departments are kept informed of all Social updates so we can always deliver the best customer experience
- Planning of local market Social assets, and deploying regional and global assets where and when appropriate
- Monitor the performance of social media platforms through regular reporting
- Produce paid posts by creating mock-up links in Creative Hub in collaboration with our Media team
- Assist in providing timely responses to client requests and manage weekly client status
- Gather data on campaigns to evaluate performance and gives recommendations on ways to improve campaign performance
- Track campaign budgets
- Have finger on the pulse on social trends and resonating content, with ability to gather market research on competitors
- Assist in developing client presentations, proposals and reports.

Required Skills and Experience
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working in social media or in digital/content marketing/advertising
- Assist the Social Lead in developing and implementing the social media strategy
- Graphic design skills / content creation experience
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Demonstrated experience in a previous social media production role (using primarily Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram). Experience creating social assets using tools is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing paid social advertising: namely Facebook (Business Manager)
- Experience using analytics software and reporting on social analytics
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Must be a team player and star collaborator.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
