As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for a Learning Designer/Facilitator to join our Learning and Development team based at our Head Office in Preston.**About the role**
- This is a truly diverse role that will see you working closely with technical and functional experts to understand the learning needs of our team members and then to design and facilitate outstanding learning programs that best address those needs.- An important focus for this role will be on the design of learning initiatives that leverage technology and can be facilitated online (as well as in-person), thereby enabling greater access to learning for our 17,000+ team members spread across more than 500 sites all around the country.- The core responsibilities of this role will include:
- Design creative and interactive learning that engages the learner and achieves the desired outcomes
- Deliver face to face and online learning programs, including but not limited to, Leadership development
- Monitor and evaluate our learning programs, ensuring that training outcomes are accurately captured and reported to relevant stakeholders
- Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be based out of our office in Preston.**About you**- Solid knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of leadership programs
- Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Advanced computer and general IT skills
- Excellent communication (both verbally and in writing) with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Great organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A preparedness to take the initiative, with a strong desire to achieve results
