Reporting to the Managing Partner - Analytics, we are seeking a Practice Partner for Technical Solutioning to be based in Canberra. You will also be responsible for practice building activities within the Snowflake portfolio, including pipeline development and management, thought leadership and customer advisory. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer buying process, sales process, analytics practices and solutions, as well as an awareness of global, economic and technology trends.

The Practice Partner will have a deep appreciation of the nuance between technical services and advisory services, will understand the need for client centricity and be comfortable discussing issues at C-level and senior architect level. They will be able to identify differentiated solutions to client challenges and lead the team to industrialise the approach and scale business across all analytics portfolios.

The right person will ensure that solutions are client centric, business driven, informed by technical expertise, DXC IP and are forward thinking in nature.

**Key responsibilities**
- ** Evangilise the Snowflake Tech Stack**:position and drive the Snowflake messaging within the client and internal DXC sales tems highlighting the sales opportunities.
- ** Develop client relationships**: pursue and cultivate trusted advisor c-level relationships in order to drive client value. Identify and collaborate with industry, digital and client account leadership to drive analytics business
- ** Grow the business**:qualify sales opportunities and prioritise activity to increase sales conversion within the Snowflake Technonlgy portfolio.
- ** Customer focus**:Understand current and future client needs and frame them to deliver realisable client value
- ** Sales and solutions governance**: manage pre-sales and delivery capacity to balance team workload, sales conversion and revenue achievement through quality outcomes
- ** Partner with Analytics Sub Practices**: Ensure the right solution is sold every time. Play a key role in ensuring the sold solution is implemented for the client.

It is expected that you will possess the following:

- Though leader in providing architectural and technical guidance around analytics solutions. _
- Current or prior senior level analytics experience with a software vendor, systems intergrator, strategy or consulting firm.
- 5+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a pre-sales/customer facing role
- Broad range of experience with large-scale database or data warehouse technologies and/or business intelligence technology
- Understanding of cloud architectures and services involving SaaS solutions with any of the popular cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems and Snowflake’s solutions
- Track record in driving sales activities to closure _
- Demonstrated track record of working within a team with pre-sales and delivery responsibilities, managing competing priorities in order to deliver required sales targets every quarter.
- Track record of successful new business generation and of growing business_
- A demonstrated record of successful new business generation through increased sales conversion. Development of teams to support solutioning for multiple portfolios.
- Deep understanding of public/private sector. Has a network of relationships at senior levels_
- Deep understanding of private and public sector clients and expertise in developing solutions and leading advisory engagements. A network at senior levels and a track record in building meaningful relationships in major accounts by becoming the trusted advisor / thought leader and supporting the required sales disciplines.
