**About the role**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment.
- Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

**What you will need**:

- ** At least 10 years experience in Product Support for any Financial Software. Preferably someone with background in Investment Banking**
- ** Experience or knowledge in Linux, Network, Oracle Database.**
- ** Background or basic knowledge on SQL scripting is required.**
- Trading Server, market data server, order management system
- Strong experience with client support, preferably background with APAC Region.
- Prior financial services technology experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently
- You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
- Knowledge of FIS trading products a plus

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Experience with electronic trading systems or support of a trading desk
