The Role
Step into the dynamic role of an Assistant Village Manager at Levande's Salford Park Community Village, where every day is an adventure in fostering community, enhancing lives, and navigating the rewarding challenges of managing a vibrant living space.

Picture yourself orchestrating the day-to-day life of the village, where your actions directly contribute to the happiness and well-being of its residents. From collaborating with the Village Manager to ensure seamless operations, to engaging with residents and staff, your role is pivotal in creating a connected, supportive environment. Here, your leadership skills flourish as you coordinate events that bring joy, manage projects that improve the community, and solve the unique puzzles that come with maintaining a thriving village.

Your Impact
- Support the day-to-day operations of the village
- Implement company policies, strategies and plans to maintain residents' satisfaction.
- Contribute to effective resident management to foster strong customer relationships and support delivery of village maintenance.
- Provide assistance with the preparation of budgets, assist with budget issues and financial processing of accounts and billings.
- Support the provision of a safe working environment for all staff, contractors, visitors and residents.

We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Understanding or experience in Retirement Living would be an advantage. But not essential.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and MS office suite is desirable.
- Experience in dealing and working with Committees is desirable.
