**About the role**

The Change Management lead will be responsible for supporting the adoption of change, identifying organisational benefits through the change process and effecting change in a way that positively impacts people and minimises disruption to the wider business.

Working collaboratively with a range of teams (and closely with TechnologyOne implementation team), the Change Management Lead will embed change management frameworks and strategies that enable a high performing culture aligned to our values of Integrity, Courage, Openness, Respect and Excellence.

Core responsibilities include:

- Ensure each TechnologyOne release is supported to enable effective change and service delivery
- Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory requirements, regulations, and organisational policies in the conduct of business and services undertaken
- Ensure the effective and responsible allocation of resources to achieve project objectives
- Build and maintain key strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of short and long-term outcomes for MPS
- Act as a trusted advisor to the PCG on matters pertaining to change management
- Develop and execute change management plans that will support delivery of the TechnologyOne implementation.
- Lead and manage the delivery of change efforts, including building team capability to support and embed change
- Work closely with People and Culture to understand the current staff climate and environment, identify capability requirements - short and long term - and identify opportunities for cross collaboration to leverage organisational programs and strategies (including reward and recognition)

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in business, organisational development /psychology; or information technology with relevant experience in change management
- Proven experience in successfully leading a complex and extensive change portfolio, preferably in a service related field within a medium to large enterprise
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder and influencing skills
- Experience with recognised change, project and Agile methodologies such as ProSci/ADKAR, Prince2, PMBOK or Scrum
- Skilled in meeting and workshop facilitation, coaching and presenting
