**About the Role**:
The Practice Lead will be leading, supporting and enhancing practice development across our service delivery teams. A key component of this role will be utilising your strong project management and exceptional technology skills to embed our Practice Framework, lead practice changes, identify learning and development needs and develop and deliver staff capability building activities. This position will provide coaching, reflective practice, and guidance on practice issues to a diverse range of programs that deliver services in homelessness, mental health, child, youth and family welfare, and disability. This position is 22.8 hours per week which can be taken either as 3 full days or across 4 to 5 days. Flexible working options include working from home once a week or fortnight.

This role is for you if you are:

- a highly experienced practitioner with a sound knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centred, and safe and effective practice,
- committed to continuous improvement and skilled at inspiring, motivating, and coaching staff to engage in practice development and to practice in accordance with organisational frameworks, legislation and evidence-based approaches,
- a confident and experienced professional who can develop and deliver learning and development activities, and/or learning packages,
- highly experienced in project management, reporting and data management,
- computer ‘savvy’ and have a high level of competence in all MS Office suite products and have strong demonstrated experience working with various IT management reporting systems technology and software to successfully design and build learning and development resources.
- accountable, with a clear understanding of the importance of compliance and risk management,
- flexible and willing to travel to different sites as required.
