S+C Kids is a specialised paediatric allied health service; a provider of NDIA funded allied health services. S+C is committed to working with families to boost the achievements of their kids in the areas of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and hydrotherapy through weekly sessions and blocks of therapy (BOOSTA+ blocks). The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of effective allied health treatment to S+C Kids and their families, and provide a positive experience for families at every touchpoint. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities that are aimed at ensuring services can be delivered efficiently and effectively, as well as contributing to strategising for future growth. The quality of the overall S+C client experience comes from this leader, who communicates clearly and in a timely manner with clients, and enjoys working with children and their families. We are looking for someone who will treat the S+C team and clients as their own, take initiative and bring ideas, energy and enthusiasm. We need someone who embraces challenges with a spring in their step, with compassion, empathy and a professional standard.

Skills and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in a management position (Allied Health Management preferred)
- Experience in disability, health care or education fields (preferred)
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide leadership and develop strategies for operational improvement

This key leadership role is responsible for the daily running of the organisation, providing support to the directors, as required. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the management team and contribute to the organisation’s future planning and operations.
