Call Centre Operator

**Naskam Security Services** operates one of the most advanced Grade A Central Monitoring Stations in Australia being based at Warana on the Sunshine Coast.

A vacancy has become available for a **Trainee Operator **with fantastic working conditions on a rotating shift work basis.

**Key responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Monitoring and actioning alarm systems and dispatching guards & patrols.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Monitoring camera and video surveillance systems across multiple sites.
- Ensuring compliance and service levels are achieved.
- Data entry and general administration duties.

**The successful applicant will have the following attributes.**
- Will have customer service experience
- Must be computer literate with fast and accurate typing capabilities.
- Highly developed communication skills. A polite and confident phone manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
- Must be capable of working days, nights/overnights, weekends & public holidays
- Must have or be willing and eligible to obtain a Qld Class 1 Security Monitoring Operators License.

Although Experience within an Alarm monitoring or Call Centre environment would be an advantage it is not necessary as training is provided.
