About the role
The Business Support Administrator (BSA) provides administrative and transactional support to the Northern Regional Operations team. The role performs tasks such as data entry and management, reimbursements, coordination of training, record management, corporate requests an audits, calendar management and event bookings, preparation of minutes, reports and other correspondence, and the collation and processing of forms and approvals. The role oversees office administration at the new GovHub facility in Bendigo and assists in managing the regional fleet of vehicles.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Experience as an engaging and effective member of an administration or business support team
- Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures
- Good numeracy skills knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- A current Resume
- A cover letter addressing the Key Selection Criteria (KSC) as outlined in the position description
- Aboriginality Form
