**Documentation and Process Management Specialist** to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organization's success through effective documentation control, contract management, and the implementation of various management processes tailored to the unique demands of our industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Control**: Manage the creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of critical documents, ensuring precision, consistency, and compliance with established industry standards. Maintain organized document repositories for streamlined access and tracking.
- **Contract Management**: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and navigate the complexities of contracts within the resource and mining sector.
- **Time Management Implementation**: Implement and refine time management processes, tools, and strategies to optimize project schedules and resource allocation in alignment with industry demands. Monitor progress and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- **Quality Management**: Establish and monitor quality assurance protocols to guarantee adherence to stringent industry quality standards. Lead quality reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational excellence.
- **Change Management**: Devise strategic change management plans for the introduction of industry-specific initiatives. Guide stakeholders through transitions, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and mitigating potential disruptions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise in documentation control, contract management, and process implementation within the resource and mining sector.
- Familiarity with resource and mining industry time management, quality management, change management, and risk management principles.
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using document management and project management software pertinent to our sector.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Professional certifications in project management, quality management, or resource and mining industry-specific disciplines.
- Previous experience within the resource and mining sector.
- Capacity to analyze data and extract insights to optimize processes relevant to our sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead industry-focused workshops and training sessions.
