What the role is all about
- Coordinate the end to end recruitment process of prospective franchisees and loan writers (from initial enquiry or franchise request for recruitment support), following up consistently until inducted.
- Source new and high-quality recruitment leads and manage through the recruitment journey
- Coordinate with group office departments to ensure recruitment tasks are completed as required (compliance, IT, marketing, lending, finance and state managers)
- Coordinate onboarding direct with the prospective franchisee and the onboarding manager, be a central point of contact, communicate with prospective franchisee on each step in the process, keeping them informed of next steps, activities and ensuring they complete their requirements in a timely manner.
- Process and assess enquiries through initial social media background checks prior to progressing.
- Involvement in designing and improving recruitment processes to improve the experience for prospective franchisees e.g improve efficiencies, reduce timeframes and improve communications to all parties.
- Maintain records and reporting (recruitment pipeline, weekly/monthly reports etc.) so a clear record is available on where each prospective franchisee is up to in the process, and to assist in identifying any problem points.
- Work with the Recruitment Manager on the evolving marketing strategy and implementation.
- Build your personal brand within the broking/lending industry through networking, social media utilization etc.
- Assist with other general recruitment department administrative duties as required
Who we’re looking for
- Knowledge of the Lending space highly regarded
- Prior experience in end to end recruitment
- Experience working with CRM’s necessary
- Experience in Franchising beneficial but not required
- Time management and strong attention to detail crucial
- Someone with a self starter attitude and ability to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
- Someone with strong communication skills and strong stakeholder management
