**Job Title**: Hospital Account Manager NSW (12 month Contract)

**Your Opportunity**:
**We currently have a full-time (12 month contract) opportunity for a Hospital Account Manager located at our North Ryde Office.**

The Hospital Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth, revenue, profitability and volume of all Sleep and Respiratory Care products (solution selling) within Hospital accounts and Specialist referrers, developing joint strategies alongside key internal stakeholders, to maximize sales and consequentially, leading to Philips and Philips Sleep Services brand awareness and preference.

**You are responsible for**:

- Drive revenue, profitability and volume of Sleep and Respiratory Care Products
- Forecasting and provision of LV (Latest View) for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Funnel management to ensure strong pipeline and pipeline velocity to meet financial metrics
- Formulate territory growth strategies, initiating and executing a strong business plan including the identification of new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth
- Closely work with the marketing team on growth opportunities and key activities to execute strategic imperatives
- Partnering with Clinical Applications Specialists to provide workflow solutions for customers
- Drive relationships with Sleep and Respiratory Physicians, cultivating collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical medical disciplines
- Provide information to Philips Sleep Services and Hospital Business Manager on market trends; changes to legislation and clinical standards; and where applicable competitor updates
- Build effective and influential working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Shape hospital tenders, positioning Philips workflow as the premium solutions
- Act as single point of contact for customers for Philips product portfolio
- Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local and sales force and marketing resources (Clinical Applications Specialists, Technical Sales Specialist, Product Specialist, Product Mangers, Business Manager)
- Works with respective internal stakeholders (Operations Manager, Customer Service, Product Managers) on pricing, supply chain, resolution of ordering issues etc as required
- Participate in marketing activities including, but not limited to Philips Learning Academy (PLA), Trade shows and conferences
- Systematically analysing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends
- Maintenance of CRM with recent sales field activities and market intelligence

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**:

- Bachelor level qualifications with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales Process, Account Management and Consultative Selling
- Knowledge of hospital purchasing
- Strong Customer Service Experience Acumen - must have excellent empathy, conflict resolution and listening skills
- Experience in Respiratory/Sleep Medicine would be ideal but not required
- An ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers to understand their full needs and support.
- Must have a hands-on approach, be pro-active, positive and with a growth mindset
- You will be confident and savvy in managing administration tasks including using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and internal databases or ordering systems.
- You will be flexible to travel across NSW to support customers
