**About the Opportunity**

We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated **Personal Care Workers** to join our team. We have permanent part-time shifts on offer across day, evening and Night Duty.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to further expand your skill set in a supportive & structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our Personal Care Workers are responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This includes:

- Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice.
- Working towards establishing positive relationships with our residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity and teamwork.
- Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry. You will receive hands-on training and support from our dedicated RNs, and Management team.

**About You**
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- ** Minimum of 6 months experience as a Personal Care Worker (desirable)**:

- Flexibility to work at short notice
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members
- Current Flu Vaccination for 2023/2024
- COVID Vaccination Record inc Booster
