**The Role**:
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager this role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the bus services that are delivered out of our Singleton depot. This role will ensure the safe, efficient and effective delivery of our services by managing staff performance and rosters. You will work to ensure that our fleet is maintained to the highest standard to fulfill our exceptional safety standards, commitment to our customers and our contract requirements.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires some flexibility around the times.

**About You**:

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated people leadership with experience in having difficult conversations and managing staff performance
- Demonstrated experience in operations management
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- A passion for customer service
- Experience in using computer systems to manage shifts and rosters
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities while delivering on agreed timelines.
