Our client is 100% Australian owned and operated, who's products are marketed worldwide. They have established themselves as a market leader in process and manufacturing. Due to internal movement, we’re seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in the Hunter Valley. As a hands-on Supervisor, you be responsible for managing a team of night cleaning staff.

**The role**:

- Regularly conducting cleaning duties to production rooms and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conducting inspections of site to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensuring is compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals and consumables to achieve compliance.
- Promoting and monitoring safe work practices
- Assist staff, provide guidance and mentoring
- Ability to work night shift 10.30pm to approximately 9am Monday to Friday

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in supervision and cleaning within a industrial or Manufactuing setting
- Ability to remain organised and time management skills
- Understanding of cleaning methods and chemical usage
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to delegate and mentor staff to achieve best outcomes
- Ability to work to deadline
- Reliability and strong work ethic
